VPNGH uses data only as needed to provide subscription services, process billing, and respond to support requests. When you visit a third-party website or payment page, the provider's own privacy rules apply.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. An email address is not mandatory and is not a condition for activating the service. Avoid including real identity details in your username. If you choose to provide an email address or other personal details in a support ticket, they will be used only to handle that request.

Account data is used for authentication, subscription delivery, and account management. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction references. They help confirm payment, calculate traffic allowances, and process refunds. Support ticket content helps us investigate issues. Do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, or subscription credentials.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

VPNGH follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, request bodies, or DNS query history. It does not create connection logs that can be used to trace individual browsing activity.

While a connection is active, the service still processes authentication, traffic measurement, and temporary session status to verify valid subscriptions and account for traffic used. Temporary connection status is cleared when the session ends and is not retained as a historical connection log. Accumulated account traffic and reset status are billing data; they do not include destinations and cannot be used to reconstruct browsing activity.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics on marketing pages are separate from activity on international routes and are not used to record the content of third-party websites accessed through the service.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save login credentials, and remember language preferences. You can restrict Cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again and reset your preferences. On shared devices, log out of your account and clear locally stored credentials when you are finished.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VPNGH supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel or transaction service, whose pages may collect information needed to complete a transaction under their own rules. Check the recipient details and payment channel instructions before paying.

VPNGH uses order references and payment results to verify receipt, update account benefits, and process refunds. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Data handled independently by third parties is subject to their own policies; this policy does not replace the notices provided by those channels.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and site analytics are kept for the periods needed for their respective purposes. When a purpose is fulfilled and data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized; not all data is assigned the same retention period.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information through a user panel support ticket. We must verify your control of the account before processing a request. Deletion may affect login and subscription use. Where some information must still be retained by law or to handle an outstanding transaction, its use will be restricted and the reason it cannot be deleted will be explained.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When data handling practices change, VPNGH will update this page and its last-updated month. Changes that materially affect user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. If a new purpose for processing requires a separate notice or consent, we will follow applicable requirements.
