Browse by region: international routes

Check which regions the target service supports before choosing a route type. The regions and cities below are examples from the dashboard, not a live availability list. Check the client and target service for current routes and access results.

Dynamic figures are for route reference only. They are not measured results for your device or guarantees of speed or bandwidth. Actual performance depends on your local network, connection time, exit region, and target service.

Choose the region first, then the route type

When accessing international websites, geographic distance is only one factor. Whether the target service accepts your exit region often matters more than a route's position in the list. Check the service's regional requirements first, then choose a route in a supported region. For everyday browsing, start with a commonly used region and verify that the site loads and that images and account sign-in work as expected.

IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe how a connection is routed; they are not a universal ranking for every use case. A label alone does not mean one type will always be faster. Compare candidate routes on the same device and app, at similar times, to get a clearer picture. Before important work, keep a tested backup route so you can switch methodically if something goes wrong.

Test the connection with real tasks

For video, check the regional content library first, then test continuous playback and recovery after seeking. With AI tools, go beyond loading the home page: check sign-in, request submission, and streaming responses. For cross-border work, test sign-in, file uploads, and collaboration pages. A page loading once does not verify the whole workflow.

If a route has an issue, first distinguish a local network problem from a target service issue. Save the error message and note the platform, region, and route type, then compare with a backup route. Avoid changing client, app, and exit-region settings all at once, or it will be hard to tell what helped. See the servers page for route types and selection tips.

A suitable route for every use case

Check your connection, devices, target service, and refund terms separately. The use-case dashboard helps guide your checks; a successful connection does not mean every website will be accessible.

Assess peak-hour performance with real tasks, not just a successful connection. During your usual hours, open work sites, play a video continuously, or complete an AI conversation, then check for repeated interruptions. VPNGH organizes routes by region and type so you can keep preferred and backup options handy. If performance fluctuates, check your local network first, then compare a relayed route with an IEPL dedicated route. Keep the device and app unchanged to make it easier to find what works in your current setup.

Monthly plans and data packs

Start with how often you use the service, then consider your data needs. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data packs last until used and never expire. With unlimited devices, choose based on data needs, not device slots.

¥9.9/month

A good fit for research, international websites, and text-based AI tools while you assess your everyday data needs.

Monthly plan · 500GB

Usage varies? Start with data packs

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

Data packs last until used and never expire, making them a good fit for irregular use when you want to manage access based on your remaining data. Compare both the pricing model and data allowance: a data pack price is not a monthly fee, and monthly plan data does not accumulate indefinitely. Choose and confirm your order in the user dashboard.

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Once you start using the service, check your data usage in the dashboard before deciding whether to keep your current plan or change it. Data use varies greatly between text requests, image generation, video, and large file transfers, so daily usage time alone is not a reliable estimate. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported.

Frequently asked questions before you get started

Get familiar with your account, devices, routes, and billing first. For errors with a specific service, follow the troubleshooting steps in the relevant guide.

What do I need to get started?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Once in the user dashboard, choose a plan and get the client and subscription for your platform from the client section. Keep your username, password, and subscription details safe. For your first setup, start with a frequently used device and test the import, connection, and website access before configuring other devices. This helps keep account issues separate from device setup problems.

If you are new to importing a subscription, follow the main steps in the quick-start guide. Marketing pages explain the service and how to use it; clients and subscriptions are available in the dashboard. You do not need to look for installers in articles or copy configurations from unknown sources.

There is no device limit. Do I need to configure each device?

There is no device limit, and Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Each device still needs its own client setup and connection check. The system's connection method, whether an app uses the system proxy, and whether work software needs separate configuration can all affect how its requests are routed. A connected computer does not mean other devices or every app are connected too.

After setup, test your commonly used websites, account sign-in, and real work tasks on each device. If only one app has an issue, check that app's network settings before switching every route repeatedly. For further help, include the device platform, route region, and exact error message in a support ticket.

AI tools or streaming services won't open. Should I switch routes first?

First check whether the target service supports your region and verify your account status, then confirm that the client is connected. AI services may return errors due to account issues, regional policies, or request limits. Streaming also depends on the content library, membership, and device playback eligibility. The route may not be the cause. The Connected and Available indicators on the home dashboard are illustrations, not real-time guarantees of access to target websites.

When troubleshooting, save the error message and compare with a tested backup route. Avoid changing several settings at once. If the home page loads but sign-in, playback, or streaming responses fail, focus on the specific step that is not working. For a structured process, see the AI access guide; for streaming regions, visit the streaming support page.

How do I choose between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB, resetting each month on your activation date. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. If you use the service regularly, compare the monthly plans. For occasional use, consider how data packs are billed.

Choose based on data used by your actual tasks: video quality, file upload and download sizes, and your mix of image and text tools are more useful than labels like “light” or “heavy” use. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the exact plan details in the dashboard before confirming your order; do not convert them to a different billing period yourself.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported, with 30-day no-questions-asked refunds. Choose and pay for plans in the user dashboard. For order or refund requests, submit the details through a dashboard support ticket and follow up in the same ticket to keep the conversation together. See the refund policy and terms of service for applicable rules.

When submitting a support request, include the order details, device platform, region, and what happened. Do not expose your password or full subscription details on public pages or in screenshots. If you are having trouble with setup, follow the quick-start guide first, then describe the exact step where you got stuck. This helps distinguish installation, import, and access issues.

Route selection and usage references

Start with articles related to your task. For developer tools, check request egress and timeouts; for video, check regional libraries and playback; for privacy, start with account information and connection habits.
